Smoked chorizo & beef patties, smoked poblanoes, cheese, avacadoes, etc.  :P

Only thing missing is some bacon. Would this be the one time where bacon wouldn't be recommended? Possibly interfere with the chorizo and poblano flavors?

Nah, bacon never interferes with anything, toss a couple strips on there!!!

I love everything about that burger.
