Tommy I almost think it was beginners luck as it was so easy & fun to do. I sat there watching the thing do it's magic with my wife saying what is that thing. Anyway, I consider myself as a weekend warrior at best but it came out like a pro. Just a couple of minutes in a hot pan for a quick sear & done. Now I have to do it again
