Pulled Pork Nachos

Was inspired by another post. Sure hit the spot!

Started with a layer of Tostito's "Scoops!"...



Now some pulled pork and smoked cheese...



Layer of pulled pork...



Then some smoked cheese...



10 minutes in the broiler...



Out comes the tray...





Plated with Guy's Chipotle Salsa...

It's a quarter past 6 p.m.  I haven't eaten all day long, been holding out and waiting for our homemade ham & Prime Rib new year's dinner...
