First attempt at Pizza
« Reply #-1 on: October 01, 2018, 10:39:47 AM »
Used a Pizza dough from Walmart for the first try.  I could not find a rolling pin so had to "round" it out best I could by hand.  I am not too familiar with baking, dough ,etc so this is all new for me.  I found this dough to be really elastic and hard to work with.  Next time I will prepare fresh dough.  Anyway it was a fun project and turned out very tasty.  Some parts were too thin so the ingredients leaked and burnt on the pizza stone.  More reason to practice.  What I like about this is that the combination for ingredients is endless and limited to your imagination

Still looks good though and practice makes for better food so you owe it to yourself practice,  practice,  practice :D
