Thanks everyone for all the great gas grill advice. I pulled the trigger on a new Weber Genesis II 325 Indigo, a special edition from Ace Hardware. It's the three-burner version with a fourth searing station burner. I also got a set of grillgrates, but haven't tried them out yet. Here are some pics of the inaugural cook.
