TMB:
OK got this idea of making something like pretzel bits but low car.   Anyone know of a cheap pasta maker I can make tubes out of low carb dough then stuff with filling?

An ideas would be great

TMB:
Well after looking on the web looks like I'll be hand rolling the dough not using a machine

OH well this should be fun to try :D

rnmac:
What about a meat grinder with a fine plate?
Might be interesting to see.

I'm wanting to make tubes of dough to stuff, a grinding plate would just mix it into bits..       I need a Play-Do toy! :D :D :D

Look on ebay for a regular pasta maker - $25 or less.  Then you can roll the dough out very uniformly, roll strips around tubes, cut & bake them, then stuff.

I already have a pasta maker and am looking into making lower carb ravioli, etc. since I found the Carbalose flour.
