Here's my today's dinner: steak, cheese sauce, jalapenos as veggies and bread. :)

That was perfect..all of it..great cook...now I wanna steak and had to settle for chicken and noodle soup. Hubby broke his bottom plates so we're eating light till he gets new ones. Pam ★*˚°。°

Nce job Wingcommander, I need to get outside in the cold and cook me up a steak. We had a stage 1 and 2 burn bans this past week and that means no BBQ unless you have a Gasser. I like my steaks over Lump coal or charcoal but like my SRG for chickens and stuff.

What cut was it?

That was a cut from the rump with a weight of 1 lb.

@ Art and Rick: For the cheese sauce I heated up some milk and melted grated Swiss cheese inside it. Then I put in some mustard and a bit vinegar, black pepper, paprika, nutmeg and allspice.
