Pork Chops w/ Coffee Rub

Trying out a new rub tonight on some boneless pork chops. Brined for a few hours then seasoned with Trader Joe's BBQ Rub & Seasoning With Coffee and Garlic. I was nervous about the coffee with pork, but it turned out awesome. Developed a nice, savory crust. Thumbs up on this rub for sure.
