Made a trip to Costco Monday and got a 3 pack of baby backs, a two pack of boneless butts and a corned beef brisket. Smoked one butt, ground the other for sausage. Smoked the baby backs, seasoned and smoked the corned beef brisket and turned it into pastrami. Vac packed and froze most of it, many meals from just three items.

Thanks Nate, should probably clarify that it is 30+ meals for two people.
we were at Walmart yesterday and there was someone taking every pack of hot dogs and every pack of hot dog buns. Hopefully he was feeding people on the frontlines of this pandemic and not selfishly hoarding for himself.
