Simple Salmon with Avocado

Here are the steps–

* Rub with olive oil
* Sprinkle with pepper
* Sprinkle with shredded Parmesan cheese
* Add sliced avocado and cherry tomatoes
* Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes
Rubbed with olive oil and sprinkled with coarse black pepper.


Add the avocado.  (Yeah, I forgot the shredded Parmesan cheese.)


Add the cherry tomatoes.


Into the pit.


Done bakin'.


Served with a nice salad and the right wine.

Interesting I will have to try that. I have those same prep trays, love them.
