This was a fun cook for sure, but wonder what eles I can add to the spud to doctor it up.  Like Muebe I love cheese with a bit of burnt on it so next try I might go with more cheese and less bread crumbs

We have done something similar but not using the bread crumbs.... this is on the list to do!!  Thanks!
