Expensive??? A nice bamboo fly rod from the day will buy any two or three of your pellet poopers!

Scary!

Great post!

There is nothing to compare with fresh out of the water fish.  Well prepared frozen or refrigerated fish can be okay but until you've done "catch and eat" you haven't tasted the real thing.

When I was a kid my dad and I would do float trips on the White River in Arkansas.  We'd usually catch our limit early in the day.  Fresh trout from the campfire in the evening is one of life's prime experiences.

Sparky and teesquares photos made me a little envious! Two great fishing spots! I have a fish tale but posted seperate too long. Sparky your cooked fish looks yummy, nothing like fresh caught fish! Don

Nice pictures from both you guys.  I do love to fly fish but here we go for bass and brim.  Nothing like fly fishing , but like Art said it can get $$$$$$$$$$$$ at times  ;)
