Sparky's Spares
« Reply #-1 on: February 02, 2013, 07:10:34 PM »
Publix had spares on sale for $ 1.79 lb so the menu was set. Trim some up.

The players

Let them sit awhile

Onto the Mak

Ready for some FL

Out of the foil add some sauce

Stuff some bread with butter, garlic powder and mozzarella cheese. Tie up put the bread and ribs back on.

Off the Mak. Trim and ready to eat.

Chow down with some potato salad and bread

Enjoy!

Rick,
Great looking spares!  I believe quite a few of us have learned a lot from Sparky.  Seeing your ribs is making me hungry.  We haven't had ribs around here for a log time.  Maybe this coming week...
