Dee, if I try all those good burgers I think it will be my stomach and butt that will broaden.

These days there is only one mandatory step I require for burgers. Grind your own meat. Get a chuck roast grind that puppy up and don't worry about eating it med rare. There is no comparison to store bought meat.

Rick speaks the truth. No comparison to grinding your own.

Was in California last week. Made a pilgrimage to In-N-Out burger......they must come to Minnesota.
