Burgers on the brain.

It was 70o yesterday and it's snowing today.  I have no idea what tomorrow has instore and I don't care.  No matter what I have to be wearing, I'll be in front of the grill getting my burger fix on.

Just took a pound and a half of ground sirloin out of the freezer for tonight's burgers. Also going to have loaded bake potato soup. Nice meal for a chilly Florida evening. 46 degrees at the moment. SRG on the porch will keep me warm. I know, I'm spoiled!

Haven't checked the weather report, but feels like it's around 40o and sunny.  Fine time for my burger fix.  I didn't get a plated picture, but here they are on my G2G.  Just minutes away from satisfaction.  An added bonus...my wife got an ice cream cake.  Yaaayyyy!!  BTW, I simply plated mine with just a small amount of chili sauce and spicy mustard.
