A crappy day on Cape Cod... snowing, raining, raw and the wind is whipping!

A great day for stew made from smoked brisket!

That looks like some good cold weather comfort food! I don't have any brisket but I have the smoked meat I cut off two racks of spare ribs when I trimmed them up St Louis style. That might make some good stew.

I had some smoked Cuban pork loin that I was going to throw into it but I didn't... went for the Moo instead.

The pork loin will go to Cubano sandwiches!
