Pot Roast Hash
« Reply #-1 on: March 15, 2013, 07:07:48 AM »
Had some leftover pot roast so I thought how about some hash. Here we go.

Prep some peppers, onions, potatoes and some pot roast.

Sauté the peppers, parboil the taters and warm the roast beef. Form the potatos and roast beef into a patty.

Fry till crispy

Let’s plate. A bed of peppers and onions. Then the hash. Top with a poached egg and a toasted buttered biscuit on the side.

Yes it was good!

Enjoy!

I’m sitting here going over posts before getting ready for the day and you post this. I have nothing close ready for breakfast that compares to this. That looks fantastic.
Love to cook and eat

Parting with the $10 for the tenda rub was easy. Talking myself into giving up a rack of ribs is proving more difficult!
