I love German food and tonight I finally made a dinner that I'd be happy if served to me in a German restaurant.  I pounded some pork loin chops thin.  Seasoned with garlic, nutmeg, and Penzey's mural of flavor.  Pan fried with a little oil in the skillet.  Served with homemade spaetzle and some leftover cold potato salad with Slawsa (courtesy of Smoking Don's recipe).  And of course, topped with some brown gravy.  Some slices of warmed french bread rounded this meal out just right.
