Haddock and whiting filets
« Reply #-1 on: March 16, 2013, 04:55:15 PM »
Today was time for some fish: I started with some haddock filets, that were seared on the mini egg first, then finished on the pellet grill.

Then I continued with some whiting filets, that were grilled on the pellet grill.

I've never ate either of them.  What is their taste close to?  They look like they would be mild like talipia.  Dee

Haddock and Pollack are in the Cod family.

Whiting is like Mackeral or any boney white fish. Very tasty though.
