Lobster Rolls

Lobster Rolls

These are not you traditional lobster rolls. But they taste really good.  Here we go.

Four Maine lobster tails



Shelled and ready to cook



Let’s get the dressing going



Oops forgot the celery



Slice all of this so thin it only has one side







Mix all but the scallions and into the fridge.



Toast some buns on the sides only



Add some lobster to the sauce. Use very little. Some thin sliced avocado and some sliced scallions on top. A little paprika lets eat



Need a few chips



Enjoy!
