Bacon Peanut Brittle

Finally getting to making this.

Cooking crispy the bacon. (2 extra fer me)



Crumbled small.



Got the sugars ready to boil.



Added the peanuts, stir to boil again then add the BS, stir again and add butter and bacon.



Bacon sweet crunchy goodness cooling.

Yes! Yes!  One more thing that can be improved by adding bacon!  Whooda thunkit?  Bacon is one of those super flavors that folks just love.  Is there anything that can't be improved with some bacon?

Funny thing on this post...SWMBO (Diana) was reading about some fancy candy shop NY City...She went to their site and the #1 selling item online was Maple Candied Bacon Dipped in Chocolate...Gonna have to try T's dipped in chocolate
