Easter Sunday Menu
« Reply #-1 on: March 31, 2013, 11:01:18 AM »
For Easter Sunday we had this menu:

We started with a little pea-mint-soup, pickled thuna and shrimps in a garlic dip.

Main dish were beef tenderloin steaks with deep fried diced taters and salad. The steaks were reverse seared and cooked on the big kamado at 230°F until an IT of 95°F was reached, then flipped them and cooked them to an IT of 111°F.

Then I put them on the mini egg, where they were seared at high heat.

For dessert we had crème brûlée.

Suddenly that waffle I just ate doesn't set too well!  I should have flown to WC's place for a meal.  Another quality cook, WC!!
