Had some leftovers from this weekends cook.





Let’s slice some up





Heat some Au Jus and toast some Cuban bread



Drop the rib in the Jus for just a minute



Onto the toasted bread with a little provolone. Under the broiler



A little garlic dill pickle, some chips and a little dipping sauce.



Let’s eat



Enjoy!

That was my thought.  That looks more like "startovers" than leftovers.  No way that would have survived my jaws long enough to make sandwiches.
