Lamb Tacos
« Reply #-1 on: April 06, 2013, 08:25:53 PM »
I think you remember when I ground that lamb for lamb burgers, well had a few pounds left and when my wife said how about some lamb for dinner tonight I thought yea I can dig it! Lamb Tacos.

Thawed out some ground lamb

Get some veg prepped

Sauté till soft

Add the lamb and garlic

Drain and add some spices

Some water and simmer for about 45 minutes

It’s all down hill from here!

Some Monterey jack

Prepped some tomato, lettuce, green onion. Heated some refrieds and made some Spanish rice.

Let’s eat

Enjoy!

Had some barely passable fish tacos for lunch at a Mexican restaurant today.  Wish I had some of your lamb tacos.  They look better!!

Looks good.  I am a lamb fanatic, and I have to admit I have a hard time with ground lamb just because it means I am not getting the lamb

That's why I grind my own. This was from a boneless leg of lamb

Nice.  If started grinding, I'd be sleeping on the couch for having a new hobby.  ::)
