I want more info than "smoked."  ;)  How were they smoked?  What all is in the dish?  How was it prepared?

Smoked the Red Bliss and sweet potatoes with apple and cherry for about an hour... Cut into a medium dice and pan fried until just crispy. Added the bell pepper and onion; cooked until it was all crispy. Then added minced garlic, smoked pepper and salt.

It's that simple.

OMG...I'm thinking sausage or corned beef or bacon wouldn't hurt that a bit either. We cook breakfast together at the campground..I use a 20 inch wide skillet over an open fire and just put it all in like that. Fabulous.  Pam .☆´¯`•.¸¸. ི♥ྀ.
