Maters Meatloaf

Masters Meatloaf

Mixed some diced carrot, celery,onion and sautéed till soft. Let cool and add some 80/20, roasted garlic, diced tomato, tomato sauce, oats, bread crumbs, eggs and s&p. Form in loaf pans



Add some ketchup,chili sauce,mustard and agave necter. Spread on top



Bake for 75 minutes at 375



Add some mashed potato’s and gravy and some green peas. Lets eat!

Now that looks like a comfort food platter :) As long as peas are garnished with Butter it's  a-ok in my book :)
