« Reply #-1 on: April 28, 2013, 10:21:40 AM »
Ok, potatoes, carrots, onions, garlic. Salt pepper

Couple of small streaks with a dusting of blues hog

1351 smoking at 325, while cooking the taters

Bumped to 450 and the steaks are on

The plate

Spinach Salad, this is one of my favorite. Lots of bite

Salad,
Spinach
Cauliflower small pieces
Boiled eggs
Sunflower seeds

Dressing
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
2 cloves garlic
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp dry mustard
6 tbsp oil

Make the dressing well in advance and sit in the refrigerator

nice looking meal partner.  grill grates are the best.  try cooking veges on them too.  it looks like some of the snow is melting.  I don't see it 3 ft of it like in some of your pics.  good for you.   8)
