A pretty simple -- but good -- breakfast... fried eggs with Hollandaise, Cackalacky home fries and home-cured Canadian style bacon...

"Cackalacky home fries" are regular home fries (cubed potatoes, onion, green pepper & jalapenos) that are enhanced with "Cackalacky Spice Sauce." Cackalacky is made with sweet potatoes that makes it a pretty unique spice sauce.
