Cevapcici
« Reply #-1 on: May 01, 2013, 10:03:01 AM »
The other day I've seen a post of cevapcici in my German home forum. Since then I was craving for cevapcici and today was time to put some on the grill.

But first I started with a burger. After the tick or thin patty dicussion here, I wanted to try out some very thin patties.

Wow, that was one of the best burgers I ever had! Allright: I prefer thin patties! ;)

Going on with the cevapcici: ground beef mixed with some garlic, pepper, salt - and damn, I forgot the paprika ::)

The cevapcici were roasted over direct heat, then cooked 'til done over indirect heat.

Plated with some bell pepper and zucchini and chopped onions.

And with guacamole:

Wonder how long it would take me to get from Texas to Germany.  Maybe you could save me a few (and a burger).  :D

How does it differ from a hamburger except it's in a roll form?

Still looks good!!
