Good Day All,

If you have access to wild rice then you need to try this. I absolutely love this and It cannot get much easier.

1 1/2 cups wild rice
1/2 cup butter
1 4oz can do water chestnuts (we never add this)
2 cups of fresh mushrooms
4 10oz caps of consommé soup
Celery
Onion
Wife never said how much celery and onion

Method;
Put is all in a slow cooker on high

Should be about 4 hrs

Sounds very good - are the 4 10zo caps of soup really cans?

Looks like something for this weekend since we are back into winter!

Thanks!
