We don't have a grinder, but we DO have a Kitchen Ninja Pro - six blades instead of 2.  I will take a roast or a sirloin and cut into cubes, add cheese and seasonings, then pulse a few times and the meat is ready for Deb to form into patties...really works good.  I'll have to add bacon to the mix next time.

Don't know what a Ninja Mixer is, but a good meat grinder pays for itself in no time at all. The price of ground beef is just stupid now. Watch for sales on Boneless Rump or Top Round.
Jack's grinding in Bacon is right on the money for the leaner cuts. You can add garlic, onion, spices to suit your taste.

Great looking burgers, love the idea of grinding bacon in with it. Throw some blue cheese crumbles in there and have a black and blue burger:)

I have been thinking about one and if it is also a meet grinder with everything else it does that just about does it for me. Sold
