Breakfast burrito
« Reply #-1 on: May 09, 2013, 07:16:58 AM »
Great way to start the day...

A breakfast burrito with scrambled eggs, jalapenos, green pepper, onion and jack cheese.

Topped with homemade salsa, cheddar cheese and fresh cilantro...

The nice thing is you can make them in advance, nuke them back to life and then garnish so the morning ritual isn't so time-consuming. By the time the coffee's ready, the burrito will be ready to go.

Love it!  Since I haven't eaten breakfast yet, and I just happen to have all the ingredients, guess what I am having?

Art, I don't blame you one bit! I just had what I thought was a good doughnut... until I looked at this!  Suddenly I'm very hungry again.
