Lost Bacon Cups
« Reply #-1 on: May 09, 2013, 10:41:54 AM »
Good Day All,

I seen a recipe some time ago that went like this. Bacon was wrapped around a muffin tin then smoked to form a cup. Filling was then added.

Now I have searched this and several other sites trying to find it as I would like to make it or something similar for my Wife.

Anyone have an idea?

Thanks,
CDN

CDN..just wrap the bacon around the BACK side of the muffin cups..NOT the inside..you can used the real small, regular or large ones depending on what you want to put in them. You can put anything in them too. The large muffin tins will hold an omelet. I toothpick them on and when you take them off the tin they stay together after they are cooked.  Have fun.
