Festival weekend

Well,  yall wish us luck. This weekend is the World Championship cook-off! It has been a FUN YEAR being the World Champion and getting to travel around to promote the art of cooking steak. Hope we can do it again this year, but the title has only been won back to back by the same team, one time in the 24 year history of the cook-off. That's what I was told anyway
One thing for sure, we WILL HAVE A GOOD TIME!! The last count I heard about, we will be going up against 76 other teams from across the country.

Thanks for all the good luck wishes! Getting kind of busy around here getting things ready. We will pull out on Friday for the comp. I'll drop a line and let yall know how we did, good OR bad   as soon as I can. Thanks again.
