Just a reminder. Anyone that loves a good steak needs to be in Magnolia, Arkansas this Saturday. Going to be nice weather and great people cooking and eating lots of steak. check it out @ www.blossomfestival.org

Dang... I could make that in less than 4 hours.  Wonder what the wife would think of a road trip.

Come on and join the fun! This is one of the BEST competitions we have done so far. Last I heard, around 5000 rib eyes will be hitting the grills. It is something too see (and smell!!!). Look us up if you make it.  :)
