Bake pizza crust at 425 F 7 mins.

Spread crust with Fresh Garlic Caesar Salad Dressing, Parmesan cheese, Sous Vide cooked chicken breast and sprinkle with pepper -

Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese-

Bake fro 6 mins. at 425 F and this is what you get-

Next time I'll add mushrooms I think that will work ;)

Thanks, I'm using the Poly Science Pro. I debated a long time before making that purchase but now I'm very glad that I did.  :)

I'm so on the fence about buying one. The primary reason I want one is for fish and shellfish. Have you tried it with these?

I don't much care for fish but I did halibut a few times and it is to die for even a fish loving friend said it was the best she ever had and it is a very quick cook too. I seem to recall that the time was only 11 mins. for an inch or more thick piece of halibut. Scallops I do like and again they were fantastic every time. I'd be willing to say that fish in one thing that SV is great at cooking.

Lynne, that looks just awesome. All of it, and I'm not a big fish guy.
