I looked up that immersion circulator you are using and found it was $800 :o

That thing worth it?


Yes, I thought it was worth every penny:) It is very accurate, maintains the temp. perfectly, very quick recovery and I can use different containers to fit the size of my cook. I use it a lot, from making yogurt, to cooking meats, fish, poultry and pork. It's more like buying an appliance than a tool.  :)

I was expecting the pizza to be cooked Sous Vide (that would have been really interesting)  :D.  That does look good, BTW.
