Burgertime again
« Reply #-1 on: May 19, 2013, 11:08:17 AM »
Burgertime again is probably not a well chosen tirle for this post because it's always burgertime. However, my today's menu was a burger as a starter, a burger as main dish and another for dessert. The condiments as usual: thin patties prepared animal style with cheddar, homemade burgersauce, chopped onions, iceberg lettuce, pickles and tomato slices.

Commander, those burgers look fabulous! I'm salivating as I write this. Those burgers would go great with a tall bottle of Maibock or Kolsch!

Tried the back side of my grill grates tonight for burgers. And the technique works in the US as well as Germany. ;)

No pics......too hungry.
