My Turn To Try Cheese Cake
« Reply #-1 on: May 28, 2013, 01:16:14 PM »
I have never made a cheese cake in my life so I followed this reciepe.
http://www.letstalkbbq.com/index.php?topic=1802.msg17546#msg17546

Will just do the highlights
Pecans on the smoker

Cookies in the blender

Into the pan

Mixed up the cream cheese

This any good for cheese cake?

All this mixing is hard work, what I normally drink

Into the oven

Out of the oven

With the topping, went with a store brought

All in all, easy to do. I may have over cooked it but will give it a taste later today.

Thanks for viewing and take care,

I'd have to taste it, but it does look good!  Without the alcohol, it will still have a high evaporation rate.  Trust me on that one.  I know!
