What a GREAT lazy day today
« Reply #-1 on: June 05, 2013, 06:10:57 PM »
It was a beautiful sunny day today. Got some things done early, played around some and cooked buffalo style ribs this afternoon.

I rubbed the ribs down with chili oil and dusted them with Cajun spices.
The other pieces got rubbed with CYM and Hawg dog rub.

The buffalo style ribs got mopped with franks hot buffalo sauce. Damn these turned out good! I wish ya'll was here so I could share!
