Hey Mike!
That looks fantastic!

Ben thinking about changing the name of this site - so that it is not so "BBQ-centric". We all cook outdoors - and that is the "glue" tha holds everything we do here together...Any thought on the potential name change?

Don't change a thing! I'm sure many of you have noticed a few of my cooks never saw a grill or smoker. That's what I love about this site. Yes it is a BBQ site, but not all good food is about BBQ. When cooks are posted that may not be on the grill or smoker the light bulbs go off and people think ya I can cook that on the smoker. In my opinion that is what makes a great site.  I love BBQ but I cook in my kitchen as much as the porch and good things come from both. I hope I can continue to share dishes from both.

Thanks Rick!

We want to continue to draw folks that have interest in cooking. Outdoors, as a theme - but not as a rule at all.

Heck - if you cook on a hot rock or in a microwave oven- we want to know about it here!

We have had a bunch of fun making a name for ourselves the last couple of years and I vote to leave our name alone.

I would suggest a section for "indoor cooking" and/or "Non-Barbecue Cooking" but keeping the name as it is.

I will create a thread to explain the bigger picture to all. It is going to be fun, and a beter user experience. It will not change your use of this site at all. Just give you more content
