Babybacks For Breakfast ???
« Reply #-1 on: June 06, 2013, 09:27:27 AM »
Had some leftover BB Ribs I didn’t want to waste so I was thinking breakfast?  Here we go

Leftover ribs in the oven to warm

When warm pull the meat

Lets put it all together. Need some bagels, eggs, butter, smoked pepper jack and the pulled bb pork.

Toast and butter a split bagel. Bottom half under the broiler with the cheese. Add the pork and the yolk of a sunnyside up egg.  Looks good enough to eat

Enjoy!

How do you sleep at night with all these ideas rolling around?

Just waiting to watch that beautiful egg start covering the rest of the great sandwich. Very nice!
