I decied to give a chuckie a try based on all the great Chuckie Pictorial posted here.

It is only two pounds so should I be concerned with the small size not being juicy enough?

Size shouldn't matter, but I couldn't get the chuck to turn out the way I wanted until I started boating them.

And now for the rest of the story:

Pulled off the Smoker, added to the pan full of goodness, covered with foil an put in the Weber at 350 degrees.

After two hours I tested per Larry Wolfe's recipe and it twisted like spaghetti indicating done.

After a rest beef was pulled and mixed.

Sammie time.

Thanks all for the idea and help.
