Pretty good article...

I didn't know Chipotle came from jalapeños. They are not on my list of enjoyable foods yet. I am trying to acquire a taste for heat but it comes slowly.

Great Article, I dried some peppers last year but this summer I will smoke them before I dehydrate them so I can call the chipotle and use them in all your great recipes  :)
