Shrimp and Andouille Pasta..
« Reply #-1 on: June 12, 2013, 06:58:51 AM »
Real simple dinner.

The players.

Green Onions and Garlic with a little butter.

Seasoned up the shrimps with some Super Pig.

Peeled the skin off and cut the Andouille into 1/4" slices. Then cut each slice in quarters.

Added some Bow Ties.

Mixed in @6oz of half n half and let set for 10 minutes for everyone to get happy.

In our Italian Countryside pasta bowls.  ;D
Added a little sliced green onions and some Super Pig on the top. And Romano Cheese...of course.  ;)

Closer look.

Home run!

Thanks for looking!
