PBB burger

The other day I've seen a burger on TV, that was made with peanut butter and bacon. That bacon is a perfect match for burgers is evident, but chunky peanut butter?! They said it would harmonize very good with the bacon, so I needed to give it a try: Bun with peanut butter, 2 s+p-seasoned patties with cheddar and some crispy bacon - here's the Peanut-Butter-Bacon-Burger!

Yay! That really was a perfect match with the peanut butter and the bacon! That tastes excellent! Give it a try!

That looks absolutely terrific!!!!! I can see the merit of the peanut to counter the high cholesterol of the burger, bacon and cheese. That's a very smart and healthy dish. That definitely is a Red State dish and I would gobble that up.

That might even be highly accepted by Blue State people with a 132 oz soda to wash it down.

With kind regards,

Ed

I just have that sneaky feeling that people who enjoy traditional cooking have that thinking, but it is non verifiable. In any event, peanut burger looks fantastic and is revolutionary in its design and implementation. I am going to try that some day with the crunchy peanut butter.

Regards,

Ed

Just noticed the upside down grill grates. Neat idea.

Wing gets a royalty every time that technique is used. And for the record, it works great.

My PB and bacon is usually on English muffins.  I agree with "The Turtle", a true culinary masterpiece!!
