Don't really know...I figure the flash-point on the Tenda-Rub was pretty low. The Tenda-Rub was kinda oily............

am I reading this right?  tenda rub has tenderizer in it?  what would that be?

I found a site "claiming" it is the #1 selling rub in Texas............I should have mine here on Wednesday....-1- bottle to use on one very small inexpensive pc of meat  ;)
