Fresh Wellfleet oysters sitting on the Cape Cod Canal watching the boats go by... doesn't get much better! (Just wish I had some mignonette to go with them.)

That looks good! Just a little over a month ago we were at Boss Oyster in Apalachicola having some of the Apalach oysters (best in the world IMHO) and watching the fishing and oyster boats dock and enjoying an ice cold beer. Sometimes Life Is Good.

I am sure they are fantastic but being from the Prairies someone would have to show me how to eat them.  ;)

Those look like some really nice oysters!! I like them baked on the half shell with butter and shredded four cheeses :)
