Finally got a chance to cook tonight. Stuffed peppers for the Mrs. And tri tip for me and the boys. Enjoyed a few adult beverages while cooking as well.. Here we go....

did that one right buddy.  cooked perfectly.  nice job.  how did the boys like it.  love the shrooms and taters.   8)
