Sunday Night Steak
« Reply #-1 on: June 23, 2013, 08:04:25 PM »
Time to try some of those prime dryaged ribeyes. On the Menu.

Steak Diane
Braised and Roasted Baby Golds
Asparagus in Puff Pastry with Lemon Butter Sauce.

Sorry I didn't have time to take a lot of pics but all the dishes had to come together rather quickly. Did get a plated shot though.

It was VERY good. Enjoy!

That plate is a thing of beauty!

So were the prime cut steaks worth the extra $$$?

You could slap $35 bucks (at least) and sell that beautiful plate. Well done sir!
